They have beautiful tableware, lovely cups, and wonderful glasses. Not cheap — but worth it. There's also beautiful decor and lots of useful little things.

Great experience! Wonderful, friendly customer service. Fast shipping. The best prices I could get anywhere. Some of my items were glass bowls and they were packed with care and all arrived in perfect shape. Exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I discovered this store by accident while looking for a specific, hard-to-find item online. Not only did I get an incredible deal, but I also received very personal service, which is rare nowadays. This was my first time dealing with Nicetys, and it will not be the last.

I was disappointed with my last visit to the store. The payment terminals were not working, yet the staff refused to acknowledge the issue. My mother, feeling embarrassed, attempted multiple cards before they finally admitted the fault—only after trying to serve other customers. After waiting at the till for at least 10 minutes, I ended up paying in cash to avoid further delays.

Throughout the experience, we never received an apology. Additionally, one staff member—whom I haven’t seen before—was particularly abrupt. Perhaps some additional training on customer service would be beneficial.

***Since posting this review I did receive a call and apology from the store. I do recommend that you visit Nicetys, it's a great place for all your kitchen and dining needs.

This well equipped home and kitchen shop has everything you might need! We were shopping around Easter and we’re impressed with their selection of Easter themed bunny decor!
The staff were delightful, attention and informed.

This is such an amazing store! They have so many fabulous products in stock that really are excellent for the kitchen- home. I’ve loved shopping in person in the store for years, there are so many beautiful, useful, fun, unique things to see/purchase! The staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly too. There really aren’t any other small independent shops like this around, and I really want them to stay open for business so I encourage everyone to check them out! Bonus - the shop is in a fabulous location, enjoy a day touring downtown Oakville & the waterfront after you are shop at Nicetys!
