First time I shopped here and very happy with my experience.
Clean, well stocked and good central location for this part of Kelowna. No issue with the parking. Big shout out to the staff here.

This no frills is quite nice, good variety of a lot of items and is conveniently placed close to a lot of apartments.

While it is all pretty cheap I’ve noticed most prices aren’t cheaper than superstore, most are the same if not more.

Or else if you need something quick or if it’s nice and close for you to do your weekly groceries I would definitely recommend!

I enjoy the variety and produce seems to be in decent order well stocked, however pricing in some areas could be better,I a missed opportunity on manager like everyday low price type sale products, ie. Example let's say one product that rotates heavily in high volume would it hurt yourself to let's say possibly a litre to draw in customers for example Mediterranean yogurt by Liberte'? My personal thoughts Choose a simple hand full of these items, make them a manager special, or everyday low price, this city itself runs on Word of Mouth simple things like this can make huge Improvement I know from experience otherwise I wouldn't have suggested I just noticed a couple of missed opportunities, a nice addition would be as a customer being engaged or noticed my employees and staff hello morning engagement customer relations would never hurt. Other than that still a great place to shop and great variety of products to choose from.

I went to no frills for the first time today and was satisfied overall. The prices seemed very good, and they had everything I needed. There were a couple of problems:
1. I got home, and a few of the oranges in the bag were moldy. They were on sale, so I guess that's fine.
2. The cashier didn't know how to let me pay with my optimum points.
3. They had the wrong price posted for Papayas, advertising them as $4 off. When it rang up as $8, I was told it was an old sign they forgot to take down, so I just returned it. They tried to refund me the wrong price since the scales on the two tills are way off. Quite an ordeal.

But they are brand new, so I'm hopeful they'll work out their problems. Overall, I am happy with what I paid.

It’s super convenient with everything I need in one place. The selection is great, even though it’s a bit smaller than a traditional store. It’s always a pleasant surprise to see that they are active on Flashfood, which is a huge bonus for saving on groceries.

Great variety of products! You even get all Indian spices here, good prices too. It’s just that some of the cashiers are a bit grumpy ! I hope they have more warm gestures and smiling faces 😅😅

Came to get some groceries and snacks with our flash foods. Had great service. She asked at till if we got everything and I said yes we came here for snacks , flashfoods,and pancakes then she asked if we got the pretzels with flash foods 🙂 Great service but my only complaint was access to it was hard.

So far we have had a good experience with shopping at no-frills but lately we bought 8 dollar bag of grape fruits. All rotten in 4days.normally they can sit couple weeks on counter.very disapointed.
