We've been to many stores in Vaughan and Richmond Hill looking for a prom dress and this place has the best selection of dresses from all of them. Dresses are modern and come in varieties of colors. Staff is attentive and works really hard trying to help. Prices are competitive here. They have live chsat on the website if you need to ask questions. The downside is that for almost every dress you need alteration (even though my daughter is a standard size). If you are looking for affordable solution looks like this is the place.

Simran was incredible in assisting my mother and I find the perfect prom dress for me. She was attentive, more than willing to help and very kind. Additionally, the atmosphere of the store was pleasant with a great variety of high-quality products. All in all, I left the establishment with a smile and a gorgeous prom dress. Went into this store not even a hi from anyone. We walked around the entire store no other customers and there was 2 girls working. We walked right out. The dress selection was also not the greatest. Some of the dresses looked old even. Wasted 35 minutes of mine and my daughters life driving there for this kind of treatment. Extremely disappointed and offended.

This was the first store we went to for Prom dress shopping with my daughter. First impression was great selection and attentive staff. Super patient and helpful. We left with some dresses in mind she liked but wanting to check out a few other places before deciding. Completely different experience at 2 other stores and far less options that “could be the one”. We went back a second time and was pleasantly surprised that the Niloo instantly remembered her. With how busy the store is - this was impressive and shows how attentive she was! She again was so very helpful and patient - and even remembered what she had liked the last time!.
After having been to a few other stores we were even more impressed at the selection and prices !
Happy to say my daughter said yes to the dress and feels on cloud 9 with her experience - and her dress. Very thankful for Niloo’s help!!!

Bought my prom dress here. First visit, I fell in love with a dress! Came back a few days later to try it on one last time and purchased it. Niloo helped us both times and was amazing! Very friendly, comforting staff. Would definitely recommend this dress boutique!!
