Purchased boots. Within 4 days, toe ripped and heel started deteriorating. They would not warranty boots or provide store credit for a better designed boot. All I did was walk and climb industrial stairs. Terrible experience, will never shop at this store ever again.

It's a bit pricy but the quality is there. The staff are also super helpful and friendly . Not really where I shop but don't mind going with my husband to this store or even going for something he asked me to pick up:)

I was looking for work boots, and got down to a choice between two. However, the one pair did not have my size. The associate was more than happy to help me and said that she can check the other stores for me. In a few minutes, she offered to have my size delivered to the store, and just needed to get my number.

In a few days, I received a call that my size arrived at the store. I swungby, tried both pairs and was able to make a decision.

Such amazing and friendly customer service.

The cashier also provided great input on the color of toque I should get.

Overpriced compared to Amazon or other places that sell exact same items . Traction aids that I got were 40% higher price compared to Amazon . I bought FR headliner that was $79.99 and actionwear.ca sells exact same one for $53. If you value your money shop elsewhere .

I was recommended to get new boots here from several people because I was told they have a good selection of steel toed boots. There was maybe 12 types of women’s pairs for boots about 6 inches and barely any in my size. I had never been here before, and had no clue where anything was, waited 10min looking around at the vast amount of shoes, trying to find womens. I finally asked what looked like two customers if they happened to know what the letters meant on the boxes and it turned out THAT was the employee just chatting with his friend. You couldn’t tell who worked there because there is no uniform or name tags or even a pair of keys on a lanyard sticking out of their pocket. I literally helped another customer before he did when this was my first time there. The saving grace of this store was when I went to purchase my boots, the woman at the till was so friendly and helpful and very polite. Buddy who was talking with his friend the whole time came up while I was making my purchase like he was trying to help. Too late bro, go ask girlie at the till for some customer service tips
