We purchased our 8-11 Northern Lite new in 2018 and have absolutely loved it! Over the last seven years we have driven over 70,000 miles and the camper has been great with no issues. Recently I had some repairs done (owner/operator caused). Matt & Stephen are great guys…..were incredibly helpful and responsive. They took the time to explain the repair process, answer about a million questions & had the work done to accommodate my schedule. The fiberglass repairs were flawless. Thank you to the fiberglass wizard in the “back” & all the rest of the crew. I couldn’t be happier.

This review is long overdue. I purchased a brand new 2016 9.6 Queen SE and have had zero problems with it. The build quality is top notch. It's nice when mods to the camper were all improvements / customizations and never having to fix anything. I have never had a leak and my only maintenance was to re-caulk the roof and windows only twice in 9 years. It is built like a boat using fiberglass and gelcoat so if you know how to take care of gelcoat it will always look brand new. The pic I posted is a 7 year old well used camper and it looks like the day I bought it. I've taken it off road many times without issues. I have contacted the manufacturer a few times throughout the years and just recently with questions and each time NL was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Imagine getting a response from the owner of a company when you have a question...Priceless! Thank you Northern-Lite.

We have a 2022 Northern Lite 8-11 Limited Edition. We had a problem with a leak that the dealer was unable to resolve.
I contacted Northern Lite directly and Matt offered to have a look at the problem and he invited us to the manufacturing facility in Kelowna.
Matt and his team explained the issue and performed the fix in an hour.
Top notch service and people that strongly stand behind their superior product.

Excellent product and proud compagny to deliver and maintain their reputation. I bought a 10-2 EXCD SE drybath in Ottawa. The main issue was a leak from the roof. After many attemps to solve the problem locally, I decided to drive to kelowna to have this problem definitivly fixed. My first meeting with Matt and Karl was impressive. They listenned attentivly to my 45 min story. They were very respecfull. They reassure me that the problem would be solved. Even if it took some time to find the problem, they were committed to bring this issue to an end. Thank to Matt, Karl, Steve and all the staff involved in this repair. I am now a happy camper 😀

Bought my 8-11 in 2020. Only problem was some wires crossed on the water level monitor leads. Shortly after purchase I happened to be driving by the factory and decided to stop in and speak to the folks at the factory about it. A couple of them immediately came out diagnosed and fixed the problem. I've called HQ a few times since then with questions. Keith/Matt and the rest of the team are quick to respond and eager to help.

We had the absolute best experience with Stephen, Sam and Matt at Northern Lite. They went above and beyond our expectations! Excellent with communication, patient with all of our questions and went through in detail what was repaired. We knew we made the right choice with Northern Lite! Thanks to all the guys in the back who worked on it as well. As long as we have a camper it will be a Northern Lite.
