We chose to buy local and privately owned for our dishwasher purchase, and we are so glad we did. We received friendly and knowledgeable service in store by owners John and Lorraine. This was followed by prompt delivery and installation. To top it off, their pricing was better than the big box “American” stores, even though they had them on sale. We would highly recommend buying from Northern Oak.

We recently purchased a new refrigerator from Northern Oak Appliances. We dealt with Lorraine and John and they took care of all our needs and found us the perfect appliance for our specific needs and space requirements. They delivered the frig, unpacked it, hooked up the water piping, made sure it was functioning properly, cleaned up and took our old frig away. Everyone was friendly and professional. We went to Northern Oak as it is a local company .. we first purchased a new washer and dryer with delivery and installation. John took his time, explained in detail about the 2 different washer and dryers we were looking at. Once we decided on which one we wanted they gave us a delivery date and time. They showed up on time and 1 1/2 hours later new washer and dryer installed and old
appliances taken away with them. We had NO hassles or problems with Northern Oak. Then when we required a new micro wave there was no thinking about where we would go, straight to Northern Oak Appliances and again received excellent service and explanation on 2 different microwaves we were considering.
