From the outside, you’ll find the storefront of Northside Coffee and Cream as a clean and unassuming shop.

The moment you step inside, however, you immediately smell the wonderful fresh pastries and coffee, along with what looks like local artists’ giftwares along the sides of the shop.

As well, there is a wonderful little fireplace where you can sit, have a coffee and read a book from their store library.

Now, let’s get to the best part - the coffee and pastries! I decided to have the oat fudge bar and my fiancée had the mixed berry bar, along with a cappuccino and London fog. All were made with care, attention to detail and were absolutely amazing!!!

As far as coffee shops go, and I’ve been to 100’s if not 1000’s across Canada and the US, this is one of my top five favourite shops out there.

I also wanted to commend, who I thought was the owner (an older gentleman with glasses), but didn’t have the chance - but hopefully he reads this and thank you for your fine establishment!

Honestly, I would consider doing a road trip just to go to this place alone, I loved it that much!

Northside - Your town ought to be extremely proud of your business and thank you for running such a wonderful store!

We kwamen hier voor een koffie, en we namen er ook nog wat huisgemaakt lekkers bij! Bijzonder aardige eigenaars, we hebben gezellig gekletst met hen over onze reis en hun achtergrond als afstammelingen van Nederlanders. Before Northside opened, I almost never drank coffee. But these guys have made me a convert. The coffee here is fresh, and delicious. The baked goods are out of this world, and have a wide range from pies, to cookies, to bars, and the decor and atmosphere are inviting and homey.
This is a must stop. Check out all the homemade items being sold in store as well!

Amazing atmosphere! Amazing staff! Really good service each and every time! Staff are so welcoming and so kind! I love this place so much! Such a great little store and also amazing drinks also!
Also: they have the best iced hot chocolate!! And me and my niece came in this morning and John is so kind! I bought a pup cup for my niece and he put chocolate syrup on it! She was so happy! She said John is the best! And also John and Julia are so welcoming and so kind

Super lovely spot that we were lucky to stumble upon driving by. I got the coconut cream pie and the latte special (Raspberry White Chocolate Iced Latte). Both were delicious. Very kind people here!
