I want to start by saying I have
purchased vehicles from all dealerships
in this city and none of them provide as
an enjoyable experience as Northstar
Ford - and its not even close. From start
to finish of my new purchase, I never felt like I was being sold. My representative (Brent Mackay) was open, honest, accommodating and helpful. His communication over text, phone and in person was professional. I was talking to him for over 2 months about this purchase and he never pressured me to make a decision I didn't want to make. When I did commit to coming in, his service was courteous and tailored to me and my schedule (despite it not working with his
schedule). Jenny Eastwood was also an absolute beast in making sure that my
experience was pleasurable and that any delays or issues with receiving my new vehicle were handlled quickly and professionally. And this was after I had paid (the sale was made but the service did not drop off -it got better). Paula Maclean was also great - patient and helpful - and worked to make sure I was happy. In addition, Kaitlyn Gascoigne was more than accommodating with drop offs and pick ups for additional things required after I had purchased and made everything so much easier. I cannot say enough good things about Northstar Ford and how they treat their customers - and they are even more impressive when compared to the
competition in this city. I will always support local but particularly, I will support Northstar Ford Lincoln in the future.

When you’re in need of a new truck North Star Ford is the place to go. You won’t be wasting time with these guys because they sit you down and talk over everything you think, or not think of that you would need in a truck. Gone are the times a sales associate shows you trucks you’re not interested in. You discuss what you want and they search for the right truck at the right budget “YOU”want. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I’d definitely take the time to talk to the good guys and gals at North Star Ford.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle at North Star Ford. Brent Mackay helped us with test drives of various Lincoln and Ford vehicles. He took the time to provide us detailed cost breakdown highlighting various cost saving incentives and helped us understand the total cost of ownership for each vehicle. This detailed breakdown helped us finalize a deal within a short time frame and we are very happy with the new vehicle! On pick up day, the vehicle was washed, detailed, and prepped with a nice bow.
