Social distancing top notch, but with the timing to process people, some seating would have been a much better experience. Saw a few disabled persons that had to stand in excess of 30 min....Not cool. The person at the door was exceptional, talking to everyone to make wait a better experience. Inside, the teller staff were efficient, as the times dictate, but the cue outside was too much, an extra teller would help with the backlog of clients. The ability to book appointments is brilliant, but the phone number provided did not work, tried multiple time and could not figure out the machine talk...massive fail.

This place was horrible. My son and I drove 2 1/2 hours to come here and take his road test. He was failed over something hypothetical, out of his control and something that didn't happen. The third one was deduction points for something that they didn't do. In the area of Middleton that they test them there are no hills, how is it that there were deduction points for not turning wheels the correct way when curbside parking on a hill? Frankly it doesn't make any sense. I wouldn't mind if he had failed over something that was his fault, but none of this was truly because of him.

The next thing I'd like to complain about is the service. The people inside the building purposely avoided eye-contact with us as it seemed they were "annoyed" we actually made them do their job. When the instructor left my car she never said anything to my son and when she passed me she grunted.

Never go to this place to do your road test unless you are a part of this small town where people marry their first cousins. They will definitely let you pass if you are 1. someone who lives in the town and is related to everyone, 2. White or 3. not making them actually do their job and not even mildly inconvenience them.

Keep in mind this happened a few months ago so hopefully they've already fired the instructor
