Never coming back to Nusha again!!!!
We had my brothers engagement party me and my mom and the bride all bought dresses from here and we asked her to order us bigger sizes three months pass by and she keeps saying they did not arrive, one week before the party she told us to come try them on and we drove almost two hours to try on the dresses and they were all the same sizes from our first visit, NOT TOUCHED!! she had to hand make my mothers dress because “it didn’t arrive” and the sizes were small for me and the bride, we had to stay in her store ALL DAY just because she didn’t order and fix our dresses. AND ALSO BRIEDS DRESS RIPPED OPEN DURING THE PARTY!!!! MY DRESS ALSO RIPPED! VERY POOR SERVICE. NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!!!!

The reviews do not do justice for Nusha. She promised and she delivered. We only had 3 weeks to order the dress. Nusha got the dress on the date promised and she also included all the alterations. So happy with the results. The stuff at Nusha Valentine Boutique are friendly professionals who do whatever possible to keep their promises. I’m looking forward to my next shopping visit. Nusha Valentina boutique is just an amazing place to buy all ur special and all occational dresses... I want to thank u Nusha for making me my dream dress. I ordered my wedding and reception dress from Nusha and both dress came more beautiful than the original dress that I showed them. Both dresses arrived 3 months before my wedding date and closer to the date I had lost some weight and Nusha was even kind enough to alter it for me free of charge. The staff are very friendly
professional, and caters to your needs, the prices are also very reasonable.. I am soo pleased and happy with Nusha and the team for making me my dream dress I looked splendid on my big day. Thank you very much nusha Valentina.😘😘😘

My first and last time giving this unprofessional and unorganized company business. I was recently a bridesmaid for a dear friend and Nusha managed to ruin it somehow. First, she only had us come in for one fitting and decided, without a second consultation, that the dresses were ready to be worn on the day of. This turned out to be a nightmare since we were all unable to move and none of were satisfied with how the dresses fit. Second, she ripped off flower detailing off the top of my dress and told me she would fix it by the next time I came in. Well, I was not given the opportunity to come in for a second fitting and in the mean time I had forgotten about this small detail and surprise, on the day of I was left with a piece of fabric sticking out of my chest. Next, we were promised little rings under our dresses to hold up our long trains and the only person who was actually given this ring was a bridesmaid who knew one of the employees personally, talk about unprofessional. I don't understand how you can manage to be so unorganized after so many years of operation. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this boutique and the owner at all costs!

The staff are friendly and make sure your dress is done on time. They are really good at altering dresses bigger, smaller, or adjusting it to the way you like it.

I needed a bridesmaid dress to be altered way bigger because davids bridal messed up on ordering the wrong size and it was too late to return. Although it was a really expensive alteration, they got it done and that is all that matters. The only thing was I realized later that the hem on the bottom was too long even though I wore my heels for them when they measured. I am sure if I went back they would make it shorter for me but I'm lazy and I probably would never wear the dress again.
