Their leads are good, but I got locked out of my account due to me not changing the password. They never said to read the pdf to change the password. Now they're gonna try to charge my card $138. It's been 3-4 days after reaching customer service and no one has gotten back with me.

Terrible! Don’t waste your $$$. Customer service replies only want they want to. The leads are not fresh. They RE-use and recycle the leads until the listing becomes totally unprofitable. They send you “profitable” listings but don’t include tax or supper pricy shipping fees and when you do, you won’t be purchasing it. If you order a lot from one place, the item will most likely not be profitable by the time it arrives. Within a month of being their member, they sent at least 5 items two times. How is that new leads? They also send you discount codes that don’t work. Wasted a lot of my time going back and forth with them. Do not waste you $$$ not worth it at all. They don’t care about sellers, they don’t provide good leads, they reuse the leads bc they know you can’t do anything about it. Terrible company.

This is a lie. Two IP complaints on products that they gave me and now my business is in jeopardy. Essentially just took my money to take my money. Would NOT recommend unless you're comfortable taking a chance of getting banned. Also, the 30-90 day spectrum of price association was at least 80% inaccurate. Very disappointed and feel like money was taken for nothing. I'd recommend being very careful when making these lists especially since I bough one of the more expensive ones to have no positive impact on my company.

DO NOT buy leads from these people. I purchased a set of 15 leads and NONE could be used. I reported this to their Support email, requesting a refund. Their response: "list is not eligible for a refund", and, "I hope further purchases can meet your needs". Wow. They sell garbage, then expect you to buy more garbage.

Unique leads, in a wide variety product categories, at various stores, nice range of prices and ROI%. I received a few IP claims for leads that I acted upon even though I was approved to sell the product. In light of the volume of IP claims on Amazon these days, I don't really believe that could be prevented by any lead service. Overall, I am very appreciative of the overall consistency of the leads in a useable format, delivered timely M-F. I only found a few that were not a match and I am very appreciative of the follow-up with me when I email them about a problem. Great group to deal with! Thank you.
