I recently went into Oak + Fort at Vaughan Mills to do an exchange.
Warda was extremely helpful, patient and kind.
I was able to get a few pieces for my wardrobe.

This is a pop up store. This location used to be J. Crew. All shelving and store layout remains the same, just different style clothes.
Personally, a bit over priced despite the sales and discounts.

I went to the super sale about a week ago, i love all the clothes that they put up on sale! (Great deal!) The staff was great, especially Cyra the manager. Who helped me and answered all my questions, suggesting what looks good on me. The location was clean and bright. Overall, will be returning here to shop again!

Today I had the most blessed experience at this store my sales associate Jayden was such a help to me and was so intuitive in his styling, he was always checking up on me and my daughter and making sure we had sizes and giving us tips and what to style. The sale was also really good and I was able to get some really good stuff for a cheap price. Would definitely recommend

The opening hours are wrong. They don’t open till 10:00 AM on Saturdays and the location is by the Old Navy.

First time at this location and honestly I had a wonderful experience! All staff members were very welcoming and helped me find the items I was looking for. I only got one of the workers name that helped me: Natalie! She managed to save me two shirt sizes I asked for and I was able to try both on! Very sweet and nice. And of course I appreciate the other 3 workers there that greeted me at the door, helped me at the fitting room, and even tried to help me find other items I struggled to find. Thank you guys I will definitely be shopping here again! Oh! Very organized and the store was very tidy and clean ❤️❤️ Easy to navigate too!

I don’t usually review any stores, but the experience here was so bad, I had to post this on here.

The so called “district manager” named Beth was undyingly completely rude. No empathy for people who drove an hour from downtown Toronto to Vaughan to visit the store for their sale. On the Instagram ad, it clearly stated that they were open till 9PM. We arrived at 8PM and they started turning away customers. Beth started using her security guard as a pawn, and turned customers away, instead of actually taking ownership and perhaps trying to resolve the issue.

I've always loved Oak and Fort at Yorkdale so I was so happy they opened a location in Vaughan mills. I've never had to wait in line & have had nothing but really positive experiences. The employees are always friendly, happy to help & every time they always offer to start a fitting room when they notice I'm fumbling with a few hangers in hand. This store is twice the size of the one in Yorkdale and they have so many cute items! 2/3 of the store is actually stocked with sale items so you'll find lots of great deals here. Clothes are cute, sales are great, customer service is awesome 😀
