The atmosphere here is amazing. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was able to shop and take my time. The clothes are all hung up on racks, allowing you to freely roam around. The music was perfect while shopping, as I had to Shazam a couple tunes while there. The ppl that work there are all done to earth and willing to help. They had my size after going to two other ovo stores prior. The store is beautiful with great visuals and parking was a breeze.

Great location! The staff are super friendly, the store front is easily recognizable and the layout is very easy to find what you're looking for. The racks are simple and the staff are ready to see if they have your size. They can even recommend sizes for pieces you're not 100% sure on. I also appreciate the quality of the clothes, not to mention the fact they are all made here in Canada.

Amazing experience at this store! I was helped by an employee named Kenneth, he was an amazing help, answered all my questions, helped me pick out a size for my girlfriend from me showing him a picture and it fit her perfectly! He had great customer service, funny and not to mention a handsome fella as well. Will definitely shop here again.

OVO has some really great clothing and is reasonably priced, so my reason for the 3 stars is not regarding the brand but rather this specific store location.
Firstly, the workers here are nice but they’re really freakin slow. I had to keep asking different workers to get me the hoodie in my size cuz the first 2 just went to the back and didn’t return till 15 minutes later.
Another thing about OVO is that sonce it’s like a kind of ‘hype brand’ , whatever you see in store is one of one meaning usually they only have it in that size and that colour so it’s basically just a ‘get lucky’ process, but you can find some really nice stuff
Being that there is usually only one of every product they offer zero returns and everything is final sale
You can expect to pay between 100-150 for most hoodies, crews, and sweatpants and there’s the collaboration items which can go up to $1000+
Overall I think OVO makes some great clothes but something really has to be changed about the customer service
Just as a random endnote, the music they play here is awesome I don’t know who made the playlist (maybe Drake 🤷‍♂️) but it’s 🔥🔥🔥

I didn’t expect but a male staff is kind and attentive. 敷居が高い感じがして頻繁にはいけないんですが、目当てのものがあったので見ていると男性店員が親切に対応してくれました。

This Store is located in the Yorkdale shopping mall, staff are pretty friendly and ready to help if needed. Options and availability of size and style are a hit and miss as most new drops get sold out online pretty quickly as you compete with the US buyer, Hint the stores now try to keep some for the walk-ins of course but they too will go quick best day for new drops is Thursday with no layer than Friday you r welcome :).

The amount of attitude we received from this one brown girl was absolutely insane. It felt like we entered her house. Never experienced anything like that before while shopping…left the store and spent my money drama free at Holt. Whoever hires staff at this store please do a better job. Your representation of the customer service is making Walmart employees look elite.

My nephew dragged me into this store. It's a small store and they don't have a lot of clothes but, he seemed to love the store. Picked up a hat and 2 t-shirts....the workers were great and helpful. They even let him pick any sticker he wanted which he proceeded to stick on his new hat. Sigh.
