J'ai amené mon jeep cherokee pour un problème de fuite d'huile à moteur. Je suis reparti avec une facture beaucoup plus grosse qu'il m'avait dit mais bon j'étais contente que ce problème soit réglé. J'arrive chez moi. Je stationné pour la nuit dans mon driway en concret. Le matin il y avait une flaque énorme d'huile à différentiel !!! Mais voyons dont jamais mon jeep avait perdu de l'huile à différentiel. Maintenant j'ai peur de le rapporter la bas. Même pas capable de payer le towing. TRES MAUVAIS

Dayton and the management team were great to deal with during the entire process. This was one of the largest purchases I’ve ever made.. needless to say I was nervous the whole time… but still… no rushing, no pressure and most certainly no sleazy salesman!!

I was travelling on vacation and needed all tires replaced on incredibly short notice. The team here was really helpful, and really got me out of a bind. They got the tires from elsewhere and got the service completed within just a few hours of me calling. I was incredibly thankful. The price was also completely what I expected, I would go so far as to say a great price.

I bought this 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge yesterday ( July 5th 2024 ), I have always liked Jeeps, they are definitely a Take Command type of vehicle.

Cody who is so great at keeping a positive way while ensuring his clients get the vehicle they chose is definitely a great guy, has an awesome personality

Brian ( I hope I got the right spelling my apologies if not ) who told me about the wash, detail definitely is great people. I have an appointment for full wash, detail soon which is amazing.

Even the kind lady doing the insurance ( I apologize for not catching her name ) was so kind, straight forward with all information needed for what to know in relation to insurance policies.

The fellow in the parts department ( my apologies for not catching his name ) who gave the awesome Jeep hat, BBQ Sauce, grocery box is definitely awesome.

After not even a year I took my Jeep in for the routine fluid changes, tire rotation. The Frustration began Mayl 2nd with an Over Heart of my Engine, rad fans maxing out. Turned out my Serpentine belt was missing. After a few days of not having my Jeep while in the shop for repairs I waited for it to be done.

I hadn't had my vehicle back not even a couple days, the engine light comes on while I was going to work. Having to constantly bring my vehicle back all the time is Irritating, Frustrating.

The Start/Stop had never worked from Day 1 when I got my Jeep. I had originally had it in there along with the routine Oil Change, Tire rotation. It seems like someone is doing something to my vehicle that I felt I wanted.

All I get is the brush off, not taken like I don't know anything. I know what a the difference between a Serpentine belt, regular belts that are on older vehicles. I know when to know what fluids are low, always check under the hood for leaks, other abnormalities. I also know the difference between regular hoses, high performance ones which is easy.

I'm tired of the constant going back for something, this stops. There is no more 10 scores as that's all that seems to be cared about.

Now the remote start is malfunctioning, my Jeep doesn't stay running. This snow ball that's going on STOPS. I'm done with this, going elsewhere for Proper repairs!!!
