I bought two sweaters as gifts that somehow got lost in transit and they sent us two more sweaters without any hesitation. They turned my day around entirely after Canada Post had been so unhelpful. I can’t get over how lovely they were with regards to the whole situation. This seems so rare these days. I will buy so much more stuff from them now! Because not only is it really nice but so are the people who own this company!

I've always been thrilled with any purchase I have made from Okanagan Lifestyle. From t shirts to crew sweatshirts they are slowly taking over my closet. I appreciate that while this company is becoming a sensation their models are locals that I can now be starstruck seeing and already having the pleasure to know in town! A true example of a community driven company who isn't forgetting their grass roots. Well done!

I just rushed to get to the storefront to purchase a hat I saw online. Made it into the store with 3 minutes to spare.

As I quickly found the hat, then walked to till to pay the employee, who was very polite apologized that she couldn’t sell me that “hat” as they didn’t have anymore in stock.

I am extremely disappointed, I will not be recommending your business to anyone. Extremely poor business decision.

I would rather spend my money elsewhere, I did actually like some of the hats but out of principle I wasn’t about to spend any money with your business.

In the end, liked your product but didn’t like that I was denied purchasing the hat because it was the last one in stock.

This company is too awesome to put in words. If you are in Kelowna, or visiting, you NEED to stop by and get some killer gear! My favorite is their dane hat, and their OKGN slides...but they have so much to choose from. The best part about this brand is the team behind it! Such a great addition to the community. Highly recommend.
