I have had multiple problems with my BRAND NEW mower and I have found it to be a horrible experience. Out the gate there was fuses blowing. The problem started in the store (at purchase) but at that point we didnt know it was blowing fuses. I took it home and found it to be blowing fuses and I brought it back within 30 days they said they had to fix it they wouldnt replace it. told me 3 weeks for a starter (dakota suggested I rent or borrow a mower while I wait) but they never ordered one Dakota also told me he would get ahold of me right away as I brought it in on the thursday. Being its brand new he would take care of me right away. Ya didnt hear from that guy till the following monday. I was mad so I went in on wednesday I think and I came and talked with darrell. He sorted me out told me he could get the mower put together so i could use it for the three weeks while they wait for a starter I said ok at least I have a mower. then next day they say its fixed it was a valve timing issue (ok then why say anything about a starter). So i picked it up took it home noticed a wet area on the front did some trouble shooting took it back again because the valve cover from the timing job they did was leaking turns out they cheaped out and reused the gasket was told thats normal to reuse a gasket which I find odd. In all my years you never reuse gaskets you just create more problems hence why Im here I guess. took it back got it fixed for the problem they created. two months in I have a working mower now a BUNCH of wasted time and effort and I am just unhappy about the whole thing. I just expected more. These companies want the consumer to take care of them and buy local but when the consumer is upset with the service they dont want to do much.

The only shining star in that place is Darrell.

We operate an off grid rec site. I brought my Honda generator for some emergency repairs. I couldn't of asked for better or faster service. These guys saved my campground and I was able to get all my tools charging again in no time.
I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
I'll be bringing all my tools here for servicing.

As good as the sales advise and selection is, the repair desk is even better. The service is the best in the Valley and when they repair it, it is actually repaired. I took my ride on mower to them and it has worked like a dream ever since. The smartest best skilled repair people I have ever worked with.
