Come hungry! A classic family owned little town gem with all the comfort foods you could want. Very cosy inside with the wooden tables like your parents back home. Great for large families/big groups. Service was amazing and so friendly. Also bathrooms are very clean! So happy we came in!

After waiting 20 minutes at chucks and not being served, we changed locations. As always the food was fantastic at the old mill. We were treated like royalty and left with full bellies. I strongly recommend not wasting time elsewhere and grabbing yourself a bite at the old mill. You’ll become a regular in no time.

We had lunch there and it was a great experience. Food was absolutely delicious, none of us were able to finish as portions were huge. The waitress was super welcoming and caring. The atmosphere was very rustic, old school, in woods. All very clean and welcoming. We absolutely recommend this place.

Looking for a family diner with great diner classics and amazing service..then the old mill is the place to go. Sure the decor is not fancy but it is clean, service is amazing and food is great. Located on the main street in gravenhurst . Plenty of street parking around. All day breakfast. Brunch and weekend specials. Reasonable prices too. Worth the visit.

This is a Gem! Over 100 year old building with original hand hewed beams. Family owned and they have the best biggest Onion rings I've seen in my life. We had the Reubin sandwhich and the Halibut fish and chips. Very Generous portions we could have split one Entre between the two of us. Food prices are moderate yet fair. The food was delicious and the host took time to show me the historical charm of the restaurant. There was a huge Marlin fish mounted on the wall.
So definately another muskoka find for a casual meal. I've heard from a foodie friend (rick)the breakfast is good as well.

Great family restaurant, lots of space for small and larger groups of people.

Extremely, friendly and nice. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere.

The staff, is beyond amazing. There to help and friendly.

Unfortunately, the experience I had with the food, was meh, nothing fancy. The omelette was great, fresh. The potatoes, toast and side of sausage on the other hand, not so much. The toast felt like the bread was getting stale when they toasted it, which didn't taste as fresh as it should be. The sausages, were a bit overcooked and tasted like leftovers.

Potatoes, were missing flavor and were not hot. It's like this was the potion that's been on the side of the grill for the last hour, then warmed again prior serving.

It could have been just me, with this plate, but my son and friends kind of said similar things.

I will definitely give it another try, since it's a nice place and the dinner menu looks great.

I had one of their all-day breakfasts for lunch. It was a good portion and very yummy! Very nice clean local place with good and fast service. My friend enjoyed her cheeseburger. Special mention to their delicious French fries which were just perfect!

Stopped here on our way up North. Had a great burger and fries. Staff were friendly. It has a small town feel, like everyone knows each other.
