Went in needing one thing, left with a bag full. The customer service has improved drastically since my last visit... I was complimented by an employee when I tried something on and they helped me find good items Very nice

The girls working there are very unfriendly. All they do is gossip with each other and offer no help at all. All they have on their faces is a lot of makeup and a bad attitude

I went to do some shopping at this store on Monday. When I was ready to pay, the cashier had a very unfriendly attitude.

And when I told her that the sweatpants I had bought were at a different price, she said with a bad attitude that it is already 30% off. Then I told her that online it is at a different price and she said no, it is 30% off.

I told her no, it is at a different price. That is when she told me to show her the online post and I showed her and that is when she put the price that was online.

The truth is that she is an unfriendly woman. I don't know why they have that kind of people as cashiers because they don't teach them how to treat the customer.

This is definitely the last time I would go to that place. I would rather buy online and avoid bad attitudes from unprofessional people.

But since I needed everything right away, that's why I could no longer buy online.

Do yourselves a favor, don't go to this place. They have a garbage customer service.

The don't care about online prices. They say we are different than online store and we can't give you any discount. Trying to play smart I guess. Maybe Old Navy can look into the matter. Why do they call themselves Old Navy when they deny the prices set by Old Navy on its website? Moreover, it's a factory outlet. But they charge you more than other stores. Would not recommend it at all. Maybe try other stores that sell what they say

Located inside Vaughan Mills shopping mall, this clothing store has a large selection of clothes for all ages. Quality is ok. More geared towards the younger crowd, but they do have some casual and comfortable clothing. Some good deals to be had on occasion. Store was pretty clean and organized.

Old Navy is a shop where you can choose from variety of clothing's for all ages infants, children, youths old. Variety of ready made dresses available at reasonable prices. You have trousers, shirts, T shirts, shorts swimwear, fashion accessories for ladies, nightwear for both men n women .This shop is in Vaughan Mill Mall . You have one month period to exchange or return the clothes if size is not correct but you need to maintain Old Navy tag n the bill. You can order online or pick up in shopping.
Its huge venue with trial room n wash rooms available, ..People's one of the most favorite shop. We did in shopping n online shopping also returned a few which of not suitable size we required

All good until checkout, where the jeans that were right in front of the sign that said "50% off" rang up at full price. Apparently that sign just applies to the top shelf of that table. You don't realize the problem until you've brought three to the checkout and have your card in hand, or worse, back home.

This is a classic bait-and-switch dark pattern. I expected better.
