I’ve only been to this shop a handful of times, but every visit has been great. On my most recent trip, Marina was wonderful — she took the time to explain the effects of CBD for sleep and made sure I understood all my options. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. From what I’ve seen, all of the staff here are just as helpful and welcoming.

Staff is nice and will explain things and suggest options. Respectfully it's another dime a dozen dispensary located too close to roughly 6 others that will sell it's product for cheaper. It's not the shop it's just an oversaturated market.

Just stopped in to grab a vape pen. ( store was empty) The items are too far away from counter to see them. so when I mentioned that I will kinda lean in to see the pens the attendant was very unfriendly. Like he was god. The unfriendly environment has just lost a customer. I will never return sorry. There are way more customer friendly places around. Thanks.

I had an unusual experience. I don’t live in the area and I was in town and thought I would stop in. I bought a pack of pre rolls that I didn’t open until much later in the evening. Imagine my surprise when the pack was completely empty. I called the store the next day to explain and I honestly thought I would just be out of luck but I guess sometimes this happens because everything is machine rolled and packed. Anyway long story short the owner went out of way big time to make it right and I look forward to the new store opening a little closer to me.

I called in about delivery and when talking to a customer service rep who was very helpful his coworker was a complete Karen in the background and all I could hear through the phone was her yelling the other coworker about the questions I had
 then I was hung up on
 and never received a call back


Stay away! Common Olympia do better with hiring good staff
