Neil found the perfect boots for me. After a careful process, the fit was perfect. On the first day, my new boots were very comfortable all day. I didn't even loosen the bindings at lunch and taking them off at the end of the day was no trauma. They may have even helped my skiing. Thanks Neil!

The folks at Olympia are absolutely the best around! Knowledgeable, thorough, and generous. Brought a bike in for a flat and they took the time to share info about the various bike components and what to watch for. I will unequivocally recommend them to anyone for anything bike related. The people here are the best.

Fantastic - purchased boots a year ago - after skiing hard for four straight weeks this season, one boot felt a tiny bit loose - diagnosed issue immediately - was in/out in 15 minutes.

Amazing service. They really do guarantee their fittings!!!!!

Best place to get ski boots in town! All staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. James helped me find the perfect ski boots, making sure I understood everything that has to do with sizing and comfort! Can’t recommend this place enough 🙂

Went to see Neil because my TĂ©cnica Mach 1 LV were feeling a bit loose after 230 days and 1.2 million vertical meters. He added a shim/wrap around the ankle of the liner and an inset under the liner in the boot. They feel much better now and I look forward to testing them tomorrow. As usual great service and help from the wizard boot fitter Neil. I highly recommend Neil and Olympia!

Incredible service from Olympia. James was incredible. I’ve got really flat feet, with collapsed arches and I think I might be a bit of a challenging fit, but James ended up taking about four hours to get me set up. The first time was figuring out which boot would work (had to order one in), the second time was to get those boots fitted properly. He took his time, making sure to explain everything in detail, and I’m super confident these are going to be awesome. Initially I thought “there’s no way a boot fitting can take two hours”, now I’m thinking “you’d be a fool not to take two hours”. I was really impressed with the service, and I’ll certainly be back if I need more skiing products for me or my kiddos.

Once again the team at Olympia came through for me! I was having a problem with my Kombi Heated Mitts not working (they were outside the warranty period). Nick called Kombi and I believe had to follow up a couple of times to have the mitts replaced. Awesome service! Much appreciated! The team (Nick, Brett, Neil, etc.) at Olympia always comes through đŸ‘đŸŒ
