This is the second time I’ve tried this location. We brought a huge box of great clothes and accessories and toys and they gave them all back. We washed them all prior too. Last time I came they said they weren’t taking anything at all so I guess this is better than that. We were told it would take over 3 hrs and then we were messaged an hour later. All in all it cost more to drive here. Should have just donated them. I love the idea of this place but it’s more of a pain than it’s worth. Staff in all locations seem to be quite miserable too.

The toys were so organized! Store was clean, most things the price was easy to find on the item and 9 times out of 10 the price is reasonable.
I do wish they had more swimsuits out, I know it's getting into winter but there is still swimming lessons and vacations so I think it's an all year high demand personally.

I witnessed who I am assuming is the manager at this location; an older lady with somewhat dirty blond hair, she treats her employees super terribly and unfair. I have witnessed her a few times talking rudely to her employees in front of customers with a loud disrespectful tone. One time a girl was cashing me out, I’m not sure what her name is. Then who I am assuming is the manager comes up to her, angry WHILE cashing me out and full on paged her about something she did by accident and the poor girl was super embarrassed. I literally got a second hand embarrassment. How can someone be this terrible?. I am unsure if there’s someone above her to speak to her about her behaviour and nasty attitude, but she needs to be taught a lesson on treating her employees in a more respectful manner. I visit this store often and every now and then there’s a new employee and I am not surprised if the reason they quit is her. I am a manager myself and never treat my employees nowhere near this. I just feel so bad for those employees and really hope this super rude old lady “manager” gets FIRED.

I read the reviews before going and I was a bit nervous for selling.
I went in and was told it would be around a 7-8 hour wait. No problem it’s busy, I went about my day and returned when I got the text message. They took some stuff, sent others back.
I found some great pcs for 6-9M for my daughter. The boys selection above 4/5T is VERY small if you’re looking for those sizes I wouldn’t bother checking here.
The staff were helpful when asking a few questions.
You couldn’t use their washroom, for potty training kids this can be an issue or pregnant. Thankfully my bf was with me and I didn’t have to drop everything and leave as he waited in the car with our kids and they just ran over.

Don't bother selling any of the stuff you buy from here. I bought a bassinet 2 months ago from them and went to sell it to them and got told they won't take it because of a stain. The stain that was there when you sold it to me.. and I paid 50 dollars for it. Don't waste your time or money and effort here.

Really well organized and clean. I have been to all of the OUAC from Oakville to Hamilton and was really impressed with this one. This one also had super cute carts with toy cars on the bottom

I have been shopping at this location for over 4 years now, and finally have decided to sell as we are done the baby stage. So, I did my due diligence and called before heading out to make sure they would take my bins (as I live in Binbrook), loaded up my car with my two small kids and 9 totes of clothes only to be told when I got there that other people had dropped off while I was driving there, and they couldnt take anymore. I couldn't believe it, as I had called to let them know I was coming, and they pretty much just said "First come, first served." To say I was frustrated is an understatement, and I will no longer shop in this store. They lost a very loyal customer, and are also losing out on all the good stuff I had to sell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Unfriendly, prejudiced staff who want to play games with seller's time. Told me it would be a two hour wait, the website showed 1 hour. Called 3 hours later after the status had not been updated and said they would start working on it next. Half an hour later and no update to the status I collected my things. Gathering from the tone and badly hidden smirks the manager just wants to waste people's time for her own pleasure. Forget selling at this location.
