I absolutely love this store! The deals are amazing, and it's always a pleasant shopping experience. My daughter phoned and talked to a Michelle about bringing in some children’s clothes. We mentioned that we had lots. No problem she said. We went through all the clothes to make sure they were all clean and had no stains. They were in excellent condition! They only took 15 items and said that they had stains and no one wants children’s jeans anymore. That was a surprise! We are from out of town so this was a waste of time. Will not be going back there!

I love this store! 90% of my 6 month old daughters clothes, books, and toys have come from Once Upon A Child - Kamloops BC. The staff are friendly and helpful and their prices are great. They are constantly having fun events and sales to save even more! An excellent store to stop at regularly if you have littles or a little one on the way. You never know what gems you might find!!

I go to once upon a child often for my kids clothing. But I’m quite disappointed that the last 2-3 times I’ve come home with stuff atleast 2-4 item are ripped. I bring in big bins of clothing (not so often anymore) and get refused for a tiny bit of wash wear but they’ll buy ripped items from other people.

This store is a godsend for me, I am very grateful to the staff for accepting almost everything we brought and we in return spent everything in your store, the kids grow very fast and you can find very nice clothes here

Amazing store all my kids and my niece love this store they like to shop for themselves for their stuff it's nice and kid friendly and I love that there is a washroom with a change table and extra diapers amazing place.

Lot of people out there who are struggling financially and would be nice to buy used stuff that’s actually affordable. Not even worth it any more. Buy new I guess since it’s around the same price as used. 👍🏼
