departure times from Sudbury are almost never respected. I regularly go to Ottawa for work but the departure from Sudbury to Ottawa says 3:45 p.m. but we always leave either at 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. and it's tiring

I missed a $250 bus (entirely my fault), and was prepared to spend the last of my money on another ticket. Before I even suggested this to the cs agent at the Sudbury terminal, they immediatly refunded my money AND applied a student discount that I neglected to add myself when I purchased the tickets online originally. I was shocked by the level of service I received...

When I asked about my parcel the girl in Sudbury was very dismissal and not helpful and rude. Calling Ontario Northland I spoke with someone who listened to me and is as I write this investigating. I hope I get my package tomorrow. ?

Really great transport. If you are not in a rush and don’t mind sightseeing on the way, the long hours for the ride might just be for you.
