We were visiting Ottawa area during Christmas holidays from USA and needed some advise from Pharmacist. It was a Christmas Eve and places were closed. We were fortunate to find this pharmacy and hoping the pharmacy to be opened. The pharmacist, Mr. Patel was about to close pharmacy when we requested him for his advise on minor ailment. He was kind enough to patiently listen to our concerns. He was very composed and sympathetic in his response and he made us feel relaxed. Though it was late, he stayed little longer than closing hours to suggest us the best approach of treatment.

Our family has a one on one relationship with the pharmacist, Rasak is great. Better than the big chain stores. Had no problems transferring our prescriptions here and haven't looked back. Call them, you'll be happy you did. Recently went out of the country and had hubby's meds put in blister packs for simpler customs/traveling. No charge! Best ever.

Quick and professional service for prescriptions and vaccinations (covid and flu shots). No lineups and Rasik will even meet you at your car to administer a needle if you're unable to manage the stairs.

We are lucky to have this great pharmacy in our community. Always friendly and helpful service. I remember walking by the pharmacy at 9pm the first weekend COVID shots were coming available to the public in the early stages of the out break and Mr Patel, his staff and family were walking out after spending all day administering COVID vaccinations to people in our village and the Ottawa area. This was also on a Sunday of a long weekend when he would normally have been closed. Was truly great to see them making this available to our community and feel glad we have them here. Thank you to you all!
