Frustrating when the doctor indicates he is going to send requisition to the hospital for a service you need and then never sends it. Messages to the doctor's organization requesting requisition be sent goes unanswered. Next appointment rolls around and doctor does not have blood sample to evauate your case. Such a good doctor but obviously over worked and under staffed. Order requested by surgeon on Sept 11 still not processed.

Always have pleasant & fair treatment at this clinic. I sure wouldn’t want to be in their shoes as our healthcare system is struggling, but the staff and doctors at this clinic are professional & helpful none the less. Location is convenient for those south of the city & the clinic itself it very clean & updated. The front desk staff always get back to you within their promised timeline & the wait for an appointment (if you are an existing patient) is most times very reasonable.

Long-time patient of Dr Gagnon. Really appreciate care. Forward-looking. Great lifestyle advance but not preachy. Unlike some of the reviews, I appreciate the direct-to-voicemail system. I let them know what I need in a detailed message. When they call back, if they can't reach me, they leave a detailed message. Efficient for me and efficient for them. Usually have my request (appointment request or prescription need) fulfilled within the hour. Great team.

In my opinion the best thing was when Dr Terry Brennan came to Osgoode and built the Osgoode Village Family Health Organization. My family had the privilege of being there patience for almost 20 years. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No matter what was happening. From a thumb that needed stitches, helping deal with grief or just a regular checkup the doctors and staff always were there for my family. Unfortunately I no longer live in Osgoode and cannot drive any more so had to leave the best doctors that I have ever had. From the staff at the front desk to all the doctors my greatest thanks and appreciation to all of you and we miss you dearly

I’m not in the village but by address is in “Osgoode” the village is a 4 minute drive from my house.

Called early this morning to see about getting my kids registered for there, so I could bring in one of my kiddos. The lady on the phone said I probably wouldn’t be accepted because I don’t live in the actual village, EVEN though my address is OSGOODE ONTARIO, we still are not considered apart of Osgoode 🤦🏼‍♀️

To me this is discrimination.

First she was shocked to know that we don’t have a family Dr, when NO-ONE takes patients and my kids Dr retired 5 years ago, then called me back and said “ya no the Dr won’t accept you” I asked why, and she couldn’t give a reason, just said the Dr looked at the info she took from me and my address, and said no he looked at your info and said NOOO.

I wasn’t going to make a review, but as I sit now in the hospital emergency room for the next 12 hours, it just boggles my mind as this could have been dealt with at a clinic.

When I first moved to OSGOODE 5 years ago, they refused my family at that time as well.

Figured I’d try again… with no luck 5 years later.

Simply the best. Staff treat you with respect. Doctor Devin has been looking after me for 20 years and has helped so much I could not write it all here. He was at my mother's death bed at the hospital every second night till she passed from cancer.He would be back at the office the very next early morning. I have proof cause I or a family member would have an appointment. Thanks Doctors and all the staff. Glad we live here and not in the city. Cheers to the Winchester hospital also.

I have lived in this village all of my life, and here's the thing. This place exists out of convenience. To have both a doctor's office and a dentist in the same building in a small town is formidable. The manner and care these people put in is great. They are all smiles and very personable people.

However, they need some better organization. You call them, and it goes straight to voicemail. They call you back about 30-45m later, but let's just say you happen to be busy. It suddenly becomes this game of phone tag. Very frustrating if you need to see someone right away. They implemented a way of booking an appointment online, which is great, but it seems nobody ever does that--which must be why the phone line is always so busy!

Getting to see someone comes down to luck, honestly. You could be dying and they would only have space for you next week at 7am. If you come in and ask to be maybe put in earlier on the basis of an emergency, like I did a few weeks ago, you wait in their lobby for 45 minutes only to get frustrated and leave--but then they call you and say they were "JUST about to sit you". Tragic.

Missed appointments are subject to a 50$ no show fee, so instead of running around and dealing with people who don't respect your time, just go to another doctor.
