I had a fantastic experience at Oshawa Jewellery! Lauren was absolutely amazing to deal with super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. I worked with Stacy at Oshawa Jewellery to create a custom ring made from the diamonds of my mom’s rings passed down to me. We took the diamonds from 3 different rings, to create this one. I appreciate the patience and care of my mom’s rings and diamonds, I’m very happy with my new ring that reminds me of my mom everyday.

I have had many repairs done here. I've had broken rings and rings resized. They have always given me excellent service. The pricing is amazing compared to other jewlers. The staff is kind and informative and has always treated me very well. Today I went in for a watch battery and to have my watch cleaned. The gentleman at the counter was absolutely great. Very kind and also showed me something about my watch that I didn't know. ( it was my mother's watch )
The service here is impeccable .
I highly recommend Oshawa Jewellery.

Had a tremendous experience here in February , a very friendly and helpful staff, was looking at buying a watch as a gift for my mom, they helped me narrow down my options based on the needs and requirements that I knew my mom would like, they found a great fit for her, she absolutely loved the watch when I gave it to her, it was a great experience and transaction, I apologize for not remembering the lady’s name who spent a decent amount of time with me, she was amazing
I highly recommend shopping here for your watch and jewelry needs, they will definitely take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for

If I could give more than 5 stars it would be off the charts. Despite needing a desperate last minute pick up of a wedding ring set for my parents, the team at Oshawa Jewellery were AMAZING! And I mean truly terrific in our circumstances.
Talen was truly the best, not only was she patient but very understanding in my dad’s need in looking for rings but she took the time and effort to match two ring as a set and knew how to really provide outstanding customer service!
In comparison to all the other jewelry store in the mall, this was the only place who wasn’t dismissive in our time of desperation and made miracles happen.
Talen and the team also assist me to repair my chain necklace that broke.
Will surely be back in the future!

I want to thank the staff at this establishment for the wonderful help in my time of need, Talen and the staff that were in the store on the 28th of Feb. 2025
I was at a very low point in what should have been a exiting time buying two wedding bands, it was very difficult as the wedding was on the Sunday March the 2nd, Talen could see that I needed help and was very patient with me and listened to my difficult story and was so courteous in dealing with me.
Talen spent a long time finding me two wedding bands that are perfect, white gold and diamonds so that I could present them to the love of my life and make this day so very special.
I was getting married in the hospital to the woman who shared the last 14 years looking after me and planning for a long future together so this had to be perfect and Talen and the staff at Oshawa Jewelers made this happen.
Rachel the owner I met you a few days after the wedding in your store and you are a class act and we are so proud to be wearing two wedding bands that you designed, you should be very proud of Talen of your wonderful staff.

Had a fantastic experience at this store. Lauren was amazing!! She helped my fiancé create the most beautiful engagement ring last year and just recently we picked out our wedding bands. She was so amazing and patient with us! She listened to exactly what we wanted and found us stunning rings! I highly recommend dealing with her and will recommend her services to anyone looking!!

As a side note I wanted to commend the owner’s on the quality and brands they carry. They have unique jewelry you don’t come across in other stores with wide variety! All my jewelry is from this store and I am so happy with everything.
