Bought a new phone and new number and pay as you go service and got CHEATED ON BOTH.
I Payed for a month service and only got 3 weeks service. And the phone is a manufacturer reject and it was a used phone with numbers already in it and I can't even make call without using the speaker phone.
AND GUESS WHAT.... ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE - SCAM ALERT - In short, these guys sold me a used screen because they didn't have a new one. They said if the used screen didn't work to bring it back and they will replace it with a new one when it comes in. They still asked me to pay full price assuring me that they would replace it once the new screen comes in. Well the used screen stopped working the next day. We came back in just two days and they just refused to replace it. They said they didn't remember saying they would replace it, they stated we still owe money (bold faced lie since I have the receipt). I explained they sold us a broken used screen but they didn't care. This is fraud, these guys are scammers. They also were very rude and swore at my wife. I have filed a case with the better business bureau. I have also contacted the Canada anti-fraud center and department of labour.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Had a very positive experience here. I came to pick up a new screen protector and got a great deal on a case, too. The customer service was great and very helpful. Ill be back in the future!

I have been with these guys for 8 years now. They were originally Mobilicity then chatr and I just switched with them again to Lucky Mobile and kept the same number. They have always been great and always offer me better deals when they are available. I have also bought many accessories and protective cases. If you stick with them they reward you with excellent deals! I couldn't figure out how to set up my new voicemail and had to call 3 times in a row with questions and was always treated with kindness and professionalism. Check them out and if you don't see what you need in the shop ask them because they have always had what I needed at a great price!
