Cindy at the Cookstown store is beyond amazing. She was so super helpful & has so much knowledge in the store products. Made me want to buy more than I did. Such a pleasure to find staff who actually care about their customers buying the right product. Awesome staff - fabulous store

Lots of products to choose from to find the finishing touches for your bathroom, home or kitchen at good prices. The lady who worked there helped us find what we needed and was very pleasant to deal with. Packed everything beautifully upon check out and even tied the bag in such a way that created a handle which made it easy to carry.

We bought:
A bath mat, hand towel, soap saver, and shower curtain. Good quality items at affordable prices.

We really enjoyed this store. We have shopped here many times and found some great deals. They have a wide variety of products. They do have some great sales. This is a good sized store.

We went to visit this store today (Sunday). We looked around, it wasn’t busy. We stood at the cash, and the person working looked at us.. made eye contact, then turned her back to keep working on the Christmas discount display.. I thought maybe she was finishing something quickly.. then a person showed up after us and asked about blind examples. The person working walked past us to go behind the counter to show the blind display. When that customer walked away, the person working continued to fidget with the blinds. I was still standing there with my bank card ready to pay, but decided to leave the item on the counter and leave the store. I felt embarrassed and asked my partner if I look less presentable than standard? I could have directly asked her to cash me out, but by this point it wasn’t worth it. I know it’s not the world worst problem, but it’s worth a business knowing why there was a lost sale.

The staff are always very friendly and ready to help at any given time. They are all very knowledgeable with the products that they carry. The sales are always worth looking at. The store has always been neat and clean any time I have gone into it. I love the wide variety of product that they carry, with the competitive pricing!

10/10 experience. Lorie and Lora were absolutely wonderful in giving advice on the things I was looking for (curtains and carpets) and were very helpful in helping me take a look at the items without damaging them. I really appreciated their help and expertise today and will definitely be coming back to shop here again!

Bought a fryer box looked damaged and re taped, I specifically asked of this was refurbished and was told no just a damaged box after opening this was definitely a returned item would never shop there again as they blatantly lied about the product I would not have purchased this product
