The Paint Shop on Torbay Road is the absolute best in terms of product, service and knowledge. Their interior decorating staff make choosing Colors and palettes a breeze. I am a mural artist and I often need to color match and coordinate colors from photos. Meghan S. has an impeccable eye! Highly recommend!

I had to write to complement the store and especially the employee who assisted me.
When we built our house about 15 years ago your store was recommended by our builder for paint and colour recommendations. To this day we still love the colours and the paint has held up very well with only minor living in blemishes that needed touchups. Of course, after all these years, the remaining paint was dried up. On returning to the store for touch up paint, it was discovered that the BM brand we used was discontinued. To facilitate my need, as suggested, I brought in the paint can lids for the paint we needed for matching. At this point, your staff member was careful to manage expectations ensuring I was fully informed before purchasing. He was very professional, polite and clearly very knowledgeable.
Well the results were perfect. The matches were exact and unnoticeable, easy and fun to apply. I am completely happy with the experience. We can enjoy the wall covers for many more years to come.
Please pass along my appreciation to your staff member. In these days when it seems so difficult to find and retain excellent staff, I highly recommend doing what you need to do to retain this outstanding worker.
I rarely write evaluations for businesses, but I felt compelled in this case.

Absolutely love the paint shop on Torbay road. All of the staff at the paint desk and wallpaper area are wonderful to deal with. They are only too happy to answer all of my paint questions and offer me advice for my projects, and I am there often.... far too often honestly LOL. The ladies I've dealt with at the wallpaper section are very kind and easy going, which is a big plus if you are like myself and get a little anxious sometimes! 100% recommend this location.

The very best customer service. All the employees that I dealt with were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also - they seem very aware that not all customers know the lingo or are experienced. The employees take the time to explain things without being condescending. I always learn something from these people each time I go.

If your looking for more unique, they offer that, as compared to the other local hardware, building supply stores.
However if ordering , and it's really worth your while, you may be in for a but of a wait.
Service is great.
I'd difinately shop there again.

Terrible customer service. Just give you the run around. They don't warrant what they sell. 4 months trying to get a few faulty tiles replace. Would definitely NOT recommend this store.
