Was able to get everything we needed here for our weekend camping trip to Algonquin. They have a wonderful selection of products and the store is very bright and clean.

Went in and picked up 3 bags of chips and 2 cases of coke. Got home and discovered they charged me for 4 bags.

Bad enough they charge more than anyone else but to charge you for things you didnt buy?

Yes i left a msg online. Said manager would get back to me in 48hrs. That was 3 wks ago.

I went by your bakery wed June 5 in afternoon. The blond lady in bakery was very rude. She told me no one could do the cake I wanted. She told me my cake was out of style. I had a picture of it printed out. She told me to go home and email a different one. I had my bday cake done in may there and the lady did a great job. This lady on wed was rude. So I left Independant and went to Sobeys. They told me it was pretty simple and no problem at all. I cant wait to see it today. Poor customer service on your part

These people are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and always on time in the morning. They have two cashier's I especially like, Maryjane and Ann. They go above and beyond

I would like to give more stars, but what is holding me back is the fact, that the groceries are costing more than I can afford.
Of course there is one more grocery store with even more outrages prices in town. If I drive an extra 35 km from here, I can get food at a much better price with absolute good quality. For emergencies, and when I am in this area, I can get here about everything I am looking for. The produce is always nice, a little hot food section can satisfy immidiate hunger, and sometimes the reduced items in the bakery section can be awesome finds. The general reduced section, in a corner of the store is always a mess, and still Way too expensive. I like the dedicated holistic food section, and the seasonal has sometimes attractive offers.
I really do not like the large clothing section, as a trade of for grocery options.
Considering, that this is an everything but rich town, I hope that they will get a more affordable store eventually.

Worst experience I've had at an Independent. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and no one could help me. I ended up leaving and going to a different store to buy what I needed because the service was so terrible. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

We went there and it was so nice as compared to the GTA area. So clean and every supply was available. I will visit Muskoka again and go there for supplies as well.

I been shopping Terry’s for years and it was always well represented. The store recently changed ownership and it has gone to the the dumper. The store is already going downhill, floors are dirty, shelves are bare, hardly enough staff, especially cashiers. Terry could always be found assisting staff cleaning, stocking shelves, sweeping, even filling pickup orders and always took time to engage with customers . He let customers know he was “Terry”. You are already being missed Terry!
