I visited today, and the customer service was disappointing. The staff focused on selling rather than assisting or answering questions. They couldn’t specify which items were part of the Black Friday offers and didn’t bother to check. When I asked about charms at other locations, they didn’t look into it. My bracelet was too small with the charm, and when my boyfriend inquired about buying a new one, they didn’t show any options. Most items were out of stock, and despite the store being empty ( two workers present), we received no genuine help. We left without purchasing, even though I liked a charm.

Terrible experience so far. My wife and I visited while on our honeymoon. They didn't open till hours later than posted opening time. We came back at noon to pick out a Banff exclusive charm, but they didn't have half of the charms in stock.. the charms are exclusively sold at this store, but most of them are out of stock? So after the lady told me we can order online if I didn't like the options in store I opted for that option. A month after my online purchase and I haven't received any shipping updates or any responses to my emails or phone calls.
Shipping said it would arrive in 5-7 business days.. I ordered on September 15th. So after 35 business days and no responses from any of my attempts to reach out, I thought other visitors would like to know my terrible experience all-around. From opening late, rude staff, questionable shipping times and lack of communication. Terrible.

Went to the store to exchange 1 ring that I bought Dec 2023 as they are authorize retailer. First they said they are not authorized to do anything with warranty as they are franchise and when I showed them the website said that they are authorized to handle warranty the 2 ladies there said it depends of the manager and their manager is out for vacation. They don’t even look at the receipt my account or even the ring.
