The banana cream pie and key lime pie flavors were great. Big fan of the key lime. I don't know where they get their hard ice cream but it's a nice change from the usual flavors offered at a lot of shops. I'm pretty sure the other shops use the same company.

This place is the best ice cream ever! Love the employees, especially Paige! My daughter was able to try a new ice cream favourite and finally pick after being undecided. Thank you for being so patient and friendly!

I’ve driven from the opposite side of town on a number of occasions only to be disappointed when they were closed early, didn’t have a working card machine or were out of flavours. These are all basic requirements of running an ice cream shop in a downtown core. I understand sometimes things happen, but it’s disappointing to continue to drive there and be let down time and time again. Go around the corner to Chocolate Sensations.

Edit: the owner responded that they were still open today, which I’m not disputing, today’s issue was no machine working - if you had read the review carefully, you’d see these were all different occasions. Last month when I visited they were closed early. A week later, out of flavours. Today, no machine working. That’s three different visits all with issues. I also didn’t speak with any staff member, so it would be impossible for me to have been rude - I was in line and left when they said the machine wasn’t working. Based on the owner’s responses to any critical reviews, it’s clear who the rude one is - why not take the feedback and improve your business instead of writing rude responses to legitimate issues.

We have come to this joint multiple times. Each time, the service has been good.

Today, we feel quite frustrated. We stood in line at 8:35pm. At 8:58pm, before the family in front of us was served, we were told that they will not serve us past 9:00pm and the window will be closed because they do not get paid past 9pm. We were the next in line. At 9:00pm, when we approached the window, we were told that it was closed. There were only six people left including us. They said they hadn’t gotten a break since 3pm.

While we understand and empathize that it has been a long day, we would have appreciated being told earlier. How is the customer suppose to know? How can the customer who has been patiently waiting in line for 25 minutes be told 2 minutes before closing that they will not be served? If we knew, we wouldn’t have waited.

Moving forward, it might be helpful if there was an additional employee working to support the existing, hard working staff. Perhaps the employee could get overtime to ensure that the few customers who have been patiently been waiting can be served. Maybe there could be a sign out front so that people are aware that service will stop at the closing time.

We had their ice cream truck at our wedding and they were incredible! So accommodating and great price. The ice cream was insanely delicious and the portions were phenomenal in size. Also, the owner was the absolute sweetest human! Would have them for more events in the future! Couldn’t recommend them more!

They have a long list of flavours. The taste was good. We bought mango, peanut chocolate, cheesecake and mocha flavours. Except mango all were good and was soothing in scorching heat of the first day of summer.

The flavours here sounded very interesting, and they have a really long list! The ladies at the counter were friendly and efficient. The Banana Pie ice cream was the pick of the lot from what we tried. The others were average, particularly the Lavender Lemon. It was lemony enough but there was barely any lavender.

Great ice cream but 2 stars for the very rude, impatient woman behind the counter. Incredibly rude to my elderly parents who had a bit of trouble paying with an international card. Yes we can read your sign, but there's no need to be condescending about it. Learn to be patient or try a new industry. We won't be back.
