Park Place Mall in Lethbridge offers a decent shopping experience but falls short of being remarkable. The mall is clean and spacious, with over 100 stores like Old Navy, Sport Chek, and Winners, plus a cinema and the “Crave” food court. However, the selection feels limited compared to larger malls, and the former Sears space remains vacant.
Service is hit-or-miss; some staff are helpful, but others lack attentiveness. While the food court has popular chains, it could use more variety. Overall, it’s convenient for locals but not worth a special trip.

The mall has decent stores and white a bit to offer, I needed to get m phone fixed. Ended p getting the one I broke fixed. Was very well done. And buying one till I could come back to get the one I took in. The friendliness at the kiosk was awesome. Great staff, helpful and informative. Most of all patient and kind. Thanks ladies. I had a great time at the Park Place Mall. It has many brands to shop in, from clothing to electronics to sports. I found some great deals at Winners and Sport Chek, and I also enjoyed browsing the telecom stores. The food court is spacious and has a variety of options, from pizza to sushi to burgers. I liked the cleanliness and the maintenance of the mall, and I never had trouble finding a parking spot. The best part was the Cineplex inside the mall, I would definitely recommend this mall to anyone looking for a place to shop, eat, and relax.

Only one mall in city but pretty small, food court is good with clean tables and ample of space sit. I feel many brands are still missing in the mall. Customer support is okey. They should keep security guard at the entrance (homeless/sheddy people always cross your way). I wish they could built small play area to keep your little one busy while shopping. Ample of parking available at every entrance.

This is nice mall with most business spots occupied and doing well. They seem to have a great selection making it a great one stop shopping visit. The food court has a vast selection also and should be able to satisfy most diners.

I understand this is not directly the fault of the mall but there's no other way to express my feedback so here it is. Do better with who you choose to offer Santa photos. Every year the price goes up and the quality gets worse. No, I don't want a $50 package. No, I don't want to give you my information for access to download the digital files (which DOES NOT work on Androids, by the way) because the physical photos are flimsy, blurry and pathetic excuses for what should be AT LEAST semi-professional for the prices they charge. People are exhausted and broke and wanting a special memory in an otherwise stressful time and you're enabling this BS company to screw people over in yet ANOTHER way, as if anyone needs that. Advice to anyone wanting a photo: go to the Movie Mill instead. We unfortunately could not due to a timing issue but we will make it a personal mission to never spend a single cent on a mall Santa photo again for as long as we live. (The Santa was great, however. I'll give credit where credit is due).

There is only one large mall in this area, although it is relatively smaller compared to malls in other cities. It effectively caters to the local population and offers a variety of choices for kids, families, and adults. Additionally, there is a food court available.

I like some of the newer stores like Aerie, but it seems so quiet, empty, and desolate here compared to what this mall once was.

Going by early evening on a Sunday to pick something up, there were many people passed out or using drugs around different entry ways such as Chapters, and in the parking lot. It definitely doesn’t seem like the safer place this mall was even 10 years ago.
