Took my 2021 truck here to get winter tires put on my existing rims. I should have turned around when I got there, this place is a disaster! He managed to scratch 3 out of 4 rims while removing and installing the tires. These rims have been scuffed before when Ford did it, but here they got large scratches.

At the end he tells me next time I should take it to Boyer GM as they have a tire machine that wouldn’t scratch them. WHY wouldn’t you tell me this BEFORE you did the work where you knew you were going to scratch them.

Back wheels have a vibration so they weren’t balanced well. His “assistant” threw two of my new summer tires in his junk pile around back.

The guy doing the work was a nice guy and all, but man did I ever make a mistake.

I came accross Ross from Patterson Tires when needing a hitch for my car. He gave a competitive price and work was done on time and as promissed. Went back four more times for tires and always got very competitive price and excellent service. Good and hard working man who looks out for his customers and provides valuable and dependable service. Definitely recommend for anything tire and hitch related.

My daughters car tire had a leak when she was home for the holidays. Patterson's checked it out and found 2 big nails in her tire. He didn't have her size but wevwere able to get one at Canadian Tire and he installed it and she will be safe getting home to Toronto....very nice guy.

My dad had to get his tire changed the day before he was going away.
We called and told them the reason and they took my dad the same day we called .
Awesome service!
