Great store. Very large selection. Generally was well organized. Just be prepared to spend time looking in their Vintage bins if that’s what you are looking for. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. When I scanned them into my record collection app, most came back within a couple of dollars.

This is a really cool store. Lots of selection. Best of all is the owner and staff. They're all so friendly to talk to and knowledgeable. I've been in a few music stores recently and this is been by far my best experience at one. And by what I could see, they have a lot of really loyal customers because of it.
I highly recommend visiting.

PCV Records is fab! I’ve visited a few vinyl stores in my time but none as friendly, knowledgeable & reasonably priced as this one. A great selection & atmosphere in the shop, clearly lots of regular shoppers which is always a good sign. Highly recommend!

The perfect Oakville shop with incredible staff. I have sold and purchased records through Jim (James) en co and always have a great time here when visiting Ontario. Prices are fair, selection great and always banging budget finds in the CD and Vinyl stacks. Local surprises galore!

Not sure why this place currently has 4.8 stars, it should be 5! What a great spot for vinyl! Last week I was shopping at Academy Records in midtown Manhattan which is supposed to be a great NYC shop, PCV blows them away. Virtually every artist we looked for was available new and used. We walked out with five albums, a CD and a poster. It won’t be long before we go back!

PCV Records is an excellent independent record shop just south of the QEW in Oakville. They have an incredible selection of new and used vinyl, and a large section of used CD’s that are very well priced.

The employees are very friendly and not pretentious like so many other record shops.

It’s definitely a wonderful spot to spend an hour digging through rows of LP/CD’s.

Go up
