I am not sure how to leave a review for a funeral home, but what I AM sure of is that during this incredibly tough time of my dad's passing, I have been put at great ease by the staff of PVFH.
They were friendly, supportive, tactful, flexible, informative and exactly what we needed during this time. They were infinitely kind in their dealings with us. They made time for us at our convenience. They didn't attempt to upsell more expensive products. They answered all of our questions (and I had many many semi-related questions about funerals/funeral businesses/death etc) in a straightforward manner.
Basically, they accommodated our every request. Particularly helpful was their preparation of the paperwork that inevitably follows someone's passing. They made the entire transition as smooth as possible, and I really couldn't recommend these people more
