Amazing job on my nails. On New Years Eve I went in to get my nails done. Asked if they could do design and they were able to freehand the design from a small picture on my phone. They did an amazing job and still love them now. Thank you so much for such a great job.

I have since become a regular. I work in millwork and construction, so I’m pretty hard on the hands and they managed to stay beautiful. Thanks to this lovely place! My technician always exceeds my expectations with how colourful and creative. She makes my new set each time. I get a kick out of when I take off my gloves people are always surprised at how feminine and beautiful my hands are! My latest that is grown out by four weeks, and other than the regrowth, there’s still perfect! That says something about the integrity of my technician as well. I will never go anywhere else.💜

I recently visited Pedi N Nails and requested a pink polish with chrome finish. While the result looked acceptable in the salon, upon closer inspection at home, the chrome effect was virtually nonexistent, despite paying an additional $15 for it. Friends I met that evening also noticed the lack of the chrome finish.

When I went back to address the issue, the staff dismissed my concerns, insisting it looked like chrome to them and refusing to acknowledge any fault. The owner offered a refund only if the polish was removed, effectively ending our client relationship.

As someone experienced with gel and chrome finishes, this service was subpar compared to previous experiences elsewhere. This isn’t the first issue I’ve encountered here; during a prior visit, my gel polish chipped prematurely, and I often have to refile my nails after appointments due to them not filing properly.

The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address problems is disappointing. I cannot recommend Pedi N Nails based on these experiences.

I will not be returning to this salon. I know other people who refuse to go back there as well.
The manager/owner is not interested in listening to customers. she has an excuse for anything you complain about. I had a manicure done and when i left my nails looked wavy. I was going on vacation the next day. When I told her of my concerns today I was told I should have told the girl right away. My viewpoint is that she was not very experienced and the outcome is my fault. What ever happened to providing a professional seevice. No customer satisfaction at this salon

I have only been there twice so far as I don't get my nails done very often but the wonderful ladies there do a fantastic job. They have a great selection of colors and I am always pleased with how my nails look when I leave. Will definitely be going back there!
