I booked the European Flash Facial and I am so glad I did. I haven't had a facial in years besides a hydro facial a year ago because they're so expensive now. The price was very reasonable and it was so relaxing! Olivia was amazing.l! The products were all great for my skin and smelled wonderful. She made sure they were appropriate for sensitive skin and when I asked about recommendations for my skin care routine she had great suggestions that I can easily do myself. I liked that she didn't push products on me and left that up to me. I will definitely book again.

Great experience and awesome customer service delivery at Peppermint Organic Spa. I had the the 60min relaxation massage and the masseuse paid attention to the areas I'd pointed out. The staff were very courteous and professional, I was always asked if I needed anything while waiting and was offered coffee and water. Beautiful ambience, the spa rooms were very tidy, clean and conducive. Overall, it was an excellent service delivery for me and I highly recommend.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting, and the subtle scent of essential oils in the air. I was greeted warmly by the staff, who made me feel welcome and completely at ease.

I chose a hydrating facial with Olivia B. Olivia was incredibly professional. The facial was very impressive, using high-quality products that left my skin glowing and refreshed.

What truly set this spa apart was the attention to detail—from the heated massage table and plush linens. Every aspect was designed to promote relaxation and wellness.

Loved Emily! Super friendly and the facial was awesome! Highly recommend!
Not much room in the waiting area so several clients had to stand including me which made it very awkward and cramped in the entrance.
They should space out spots so not everyone is arriving at the same time.

Spent a lovely afternoon at the Peppermint Spa in Manotick after my partner gifted me a gift card. Olivia did an excellent job and I highly recommend the relaxation massage, facial, mani and pedi!

Overall i dont have good experience at this place.My husband gifted me spa card of this place on my birthday, i booked both organic pedicures and manicure for total 2 hrs with note to shellac removal from fingernails.i was told at appointment time they dont remove shellac and can only do pericure this time and have to come back for manicure.
I again booked appointment for manicure for one hour for another day. After its done i was told im good to go, once i exit door and not even reached my car, my 3 nail polish got chipped ,i came right away to fix it,i was told for wait for an hour or come back later a day to fix it as we apologies but we cannot do anything as your nails were ok when leaving but I waited and waited and wasted my time for another hour to fix it.
So even products are good but i dont have good experience for myself.

Loved my second visit to Peppermint Organic Spa. Olivia was awesome again! Very friendly and knowledgeable; all the staff are. My skin is so soft and bright. I love that the ingredients are all natural. I bought moisturizer today and when the eye cream I'm using now is done I'll be switching to a Eminence product. Thank you and see you in Nov.
