My dog just got a grooming plus deluxe. He didn't get a bandana! He looks good though. But I wish he got a bandana. If it's included in the package, staff should always pay attention. It's not cheap!

The North York Center PetSmart location is great in size and location. The store is located at the subway exit, and with access to several establishments, schools, parks and the library.

The place is large and has a great variety of products for dogs, cats, rodents, birds and fish. The store even has some animals on display for purchase, which really impressed me because I didn't imagine that people still bought birds to keep trapped.

In addition to all the items for pets, they also have an on-site veterinary clinic. Everyone's service is great and very pleasant. There are constantly some promotions, and you can be part of the discount club.

Regarding the accessibility of the space, they have doors with automatic closing and opening for customers with disabilities and low mobility, the corridors are very spacious, and there is always an employee on duty for questions. They have two entrances, one from the center and the other from the street. Inside the store there are support points stocked with alcohol gel, bags and wipes, so you can sanitize your pet and the space where he peed or pooped. It is worth knowing and using the services.

I’ve visited this PetSmart a few times, and while the staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is often under-staffed. It can take a while to get assistance, and there’s usually only one checkout counter open with no one at it. You always have to go to the other door to get help, which is frustrating. Hopefully, they can hire more staff to improve the shopping experience!

Stephen, the dog trainer at Pet Smart - Empress Walk location did a tremendous job assisting us to train our puppy. He is not only knowledgeable and friendly, he was also a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend Stephen for your dog training needs.
