Le wifi y est excellent !

Nous y étions le 8 avril 2022 un peu après 10 heures. J’apprécie toujours les commerces qui offrent le wifi à la clientèle comme ici. Celui-ci est excellent même en dehors du commerce. Je vous propose une photo où vous pouvez voir que je suis assis quand même à une bonne distance du commerce et le wifi était A-1 alors que j’attendais mon épouse. Je suis un adepte de Pharmaprix car j’y trouve mon compte en y accumulant des points PC Optimum avec leurs rabais réguliers et alléchants. Je vous recommande de vous abonner à PC Optimum et de faire identifier votre carte dans la classe des ainés si vous avec atteint cet âge respectable tout comme moi ! Vous aurez alors droit à un rabais de 10% sur tout article qui n’est pas en spécial sauf pour quelques produits comme les produits laitiers, tabac etc……Y aller, c’est l’adopter !

Horrible pharmacy stay away. They make lots of money filling prescriptions for the large senior homes in the area and don't care about other customers.

An elderly family member's account was moved to another pharmacy and when one of the family member's doctor faxed this pharmacy with updates to the life saving prescriptions, they just ignored them. Didn't forward to the new pharmacy and didn't call the doctor back to inform him of the change.

The other reviews for this pharmacy confirm their unprofessionalism. You have been warned!

No clients were in the place except me. 2 employees.
I had to wait to have a simple info. At the end, since I had an appointment, I asked to pay only. But they wanted me to wait anyway as if they were in a rush.

Just got my first Vaccine a week ago! Dr./Ms. Sonia was very polite and descriptive about everything! Happened to be that our birthdays fall on the same date too! I really appreciated the service!
Edit : Just got my second vaccine from Tayler at this location. Super helpful and super polite! Totally recommended!

Absolutely awful customer service. I called to refill a prescription for UTI medication that I had received to treat another UTI 1.5 years ago. Pharmacist refused saying the prescription needed to be less than one year old for him to refill it. However, the policy was updated in January, you can get a prescription refilled by a pharmacist for UTI medication if prescription was less than 5 years ago. I contacted another pharmaprix nearby, who confirmed my information was correct. When made aware of this change in policy, staff was rude, dismissive, restated the old policy and once again refused to refill prescription saying "if another pharmaprix is willing to refill it, that is great, but we are not". I then had to get prescription faxed to another pharmaprix location so it could be refilled elsewhere, and fax was only sent the next day. I had no issue refilling this prescription at the pharmaprix on St. Jean Boulevard. This policy is QUEBEC WIDE, all pharmacist can prescribe the same medications, it does not vary from one pharmaprix location to another. I was refused a medication that I had every right to received, and could've been easily prescribed to me. I am a health care worker, and I am incredibly appalled by this customer service and lack of knowledge.

Everyone here is so helpful to my parents. They know all their needs. They even made sure my parents had the seniors' discount and the new points card. If you want a drugstore that you can trust, this is it. They deliver too, of course

Horrible Pharmacy, there were 4 people behind the counter and 3 people waiting for meds. After 45 min wait still no service so I left. The pharmacists were more interested talking about their weekend than filling prescriptions.
