Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the technician that took the time to figure out and fixed an issue with a blocked snowblower fuel tank today. Online it tells you you need to buy a new one at a considerable cost, but he cleaned it out and at no charge. Didn`t get his name, but middle aged silver haired chap. Pays to shop local folks!

Tim is Friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Over the past few years I’ve purchased several Stihl blowers, trimmers some were gifts. This spring 2023 I purchased a ride on lawnmower, Cub Cadet with bags, this fall leaf cleanup was a breeze. Will continue to use Philbrick for all my needs sales, service and repairs. Had a flat tire on my small John Deere tractor and no time or resources to work on it myself. These guys are not JD dealers, but they've always given me good service on other lawn equipment. I brought the wheel in about noon today. It was ready to go for me after work this afternoon and they made special arrangements so I could pick it up after closing. Cost of the repair - labour and materials for a new tube installed - was only half of what I'd have paid for a new tire, forget about the labour. Service with a smile, quick, fair price. Same as always. 5 stars.

Purchased a Cub Cadet zero turn from Philbricks a couple of years ago. The machine runs really well and quite pleased with the after sales service. I recently had a warranty issue that was solved much faster than expected.
Tim is the owner who demonstrates a very high level of integrity. His prices are reasonable and he honors all warranties without question. Andy, has demonstrated a very high proficency when dealing with all aspects of the product they sell and maintain. He is a wealth of knowledge and willing to help you with any questions you may have.
I highly recommend this business for any of your lawn and garden equipment needs.

Great experience. I had a previous Cub and wanted a new one. Talked with them, didn't over sell me....did not have it in stock but got one for me. Delivered as promised with a smile and walk through of how it works. Communication was excellent and highly recommend them... great job guys in these tough times.
