I highly recommend Wendy as a Pilates instructor! Her expertise, passion, and dedication are exceptional. Each class is carefully crafted , and her personalized approach makes every session enjoyable and effective. She explains complex concepts w/ clarity and simplicity, also providing insightful corrections to form and alignment.. Wendy is a wonderful Pilates instructor. We are fortunate to have her here in Sechelt. I have been coming to her for over 2 years. This is the longest I have ever stuck with a fitness program. She tailors each session to your individual needs. I had some injuries from dragon boating. She listened and ensured each exercise would strengthen my individual weaknesses. I would recommend Wendy to family and friends.

Wendy is a special Pilates instructor. She helped me prepare and recover from knee replacement surgery and so much more. Her style of teaching and knowledge of the body is fabulous. I think Wendy is an amazing Pilates teacher and incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. I really appreciate how she met me where I was both physically and mentally and tailored a program challenging enough for me to progress beyond what I believed possible. I am loving the results and feel this is definitely a fitness and well-being approach i want to keep long term.

Pilates has changed my life. Two years ago I was unfit, weak and recovering from a foot injury. In the grocery store I would lean on the shopping cart for support. All that has changed.
I started training with Wendy and with her vast knowledge of the body's muscular structure and her expert guidance, I now have a new awareness of my body's potential. My posture and strength have improved immensely. My muscles are doing the work they were meant to do.
