Had a mishap on highway with our rv. Found Pine Acres Rv on Google and made our way to their shop. I hope to make an appointment for a repair in a few days. Shortly after
I arrived one of their men took at look and assessed the problem. He came back a few minutes later and informed me they could fix it right then. 30 minutes later everything was repaired and we were back on the road. Can't say enough about their customer service. Highly recommend this business.

Thank you Pine Acres, especially Paul and Dale, for your prompt service and response time. I emailed the service department at the beginning of the week and Paul replied quickly with an update and though he could not get out right away he kept me updated with a time frame. Dale was here at the end of this week and addressed all of our concerns and went above and beyond with some small tweaks, tips and tricks for some of our concerns. Pine Acres in Kensington is great. The folks are friendly and very helpful. Got my new trailer there and any questions or concerns have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The service manager Paul is excellent.

I was camping at Twin Shores Camping Area and needed a few parts to repair my septic hose connections. (The best part of the RV experience right?) I was ready to buy an entire new hose assembly and the woman working there pointed me towards a much less expensive and easier fix. Most sales folks would happily take your money for the more expensive items and perhaps even try to up-sell you even more. Not here, they were only interested in selling me what I needed at a fair price. While my purchase was only for a few dollars, I wouldn't hesitate to buy an RV from these folks.
