It was a terrific play date. Lunch, drinks, and slots. Very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and courteous. The club sandwich was made excellent and I'd order it again. With that being said, I'd revisit here on another day. If your in Kingston looking for some bold entertainment, this is a great stop.

Teller had a terrible attitude. She was very argumentative due to her miscalculation of counting my winnings after I had counted my money which was short $22.00 ..terrible service.

First time here,the runners and the people here helped me along with the cards. Really clean, organized place. Friendly staff,good food. 😊

Definitely don't recommend coming here and having anything to drink.
Bartender is clueless and will refuse service.

Haven't been here in a while but lots of upgrades to slit machine area! Lots of board games to rent out now too. Fantastic area!

My Mom and I hadn't been to bingo since covid and a lot has changed. We were a little confused...everyone was so great!!! They explained everything, were extremely helpful and friendly. From the lady selling tickets to the floor attendees right through to the kitchen staff. Will definitely go back!!!

Well, all their ATM machines are down AGAIN! Kind of hard to gamble without any cash. Everytime I come here the ATM is down. Here's a bright idea... How about allow us to go to the window, pay the teller with debit/credit and they print out a voucher?

This place has so much potential and everytime I come here once in a blue moon it's a crappy experience. The staff are nice but offer zero help. The bartender didn't even know what Sauvignon Blanc was. We had one drink and went to Gan.
