I’d always believed that Michael Jordan was the greatest shoe salesman of our generation, at least since Al Bundy retired. I was ignorant and uninformed. I hadn’t yet met Natasha from Play.

Natasha isn’t just the most charming and clever person in the entire country, (and believe me, I tried the entire country first,) she’s the most charming and clever person in the entire country that actually has your shoes.

It broke my heart to hear that other customers hadn’t straight up fallen in love with Natasha in the 34 seconds that they’d spoken to her twice on the phone today. Clearly, the rest of you weren’t paying attention. Stop looking at your feet for a minute, people, and appreciate the goddess that made them look so fly, and move so fast.

Thank you, Natasha, for all that you are, and for all that my feet can be.

My husband and I just left Play.
I needed a new pair of running shoes and it just so happened that they were celebrating their 10 year anniversary today. The owner had driven in from Nanaimo to be there and we were the last people in the door before they closed for the day. We ended up spending almost an hour there with the owners after closing time and they treated us like family.

The owner delighted about his crew and how incredible they all are. It is so refreshing to see an entrepreneur and owner take so much pride and care in his business and his staff.

Congrats on an awesome 10 years and best of luck on another decade of making Kelowna a better place.

Hit up play store today for new pair of runners. Was greeted immediately felt very welcomed as i entered. Probably some of the best service I’ve ever received while running shoe shopping. Jake H was super knowledgeable with every shoe I picked up and looked at. Showed me multiple shoes/styles he thought would work best. He didn’t push anything, was a very comfortable experience. 5/5 service

Natasha was amazing! I called the store to put some items in hold for the hubby to pick up. We live 4 hours away and it’s because of the excellent service, product knowledge and helpful staff they make shopping so easy!
