Jenny did an amazing job on my ring! I wanted to replace my emerald cut diamond for one with better specs and she did such an amazing job on it! On top of that Poags was able to help me find the perfect wedding band to go with my ring. I’m obsessed with how beautiful my set looks and could not be happier with the service and the craftsmanship of my pieces. I’ll 100% be back again for more stunning pieces. This store is just amazing!! My family has been going here for a long time, and they are just so wonderful to work with. The service we were provided is above and beyond every time we go in. Specifically this last July my now fiancé purchased my engagement ring. There was a sense of urgency to the proposal and announcement as my Grandmother is unwell. They sized my ring in half the time they said it would take but when I came in it was still a tad too big. Knowing the circumstances the amazing Gold Smith had us wait in the store and sized it on the spot. I was able to show my Grandmother my ring and tell her the story in time before she had another mini stroke that week that has sent her further into a decline. I will always remember that moment and have Poag to thank for making that happen. We will be back for the wedding rings!!

We came to Poag’s on May 3rd, 2025 around 2:30pm to take a look at their jewelry and engagement rings. Morgan was extremely attentive to us, and educated us on engagement rings. She was mindful of our budget, and was extremely patient. She made it a very positive experience for us.

Had the most incredible experience at Poags when shopping for my engagement ring. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! I am going to the better business brureau buyer beware . They are extremely rude especially jim poag he is downright ignorant and only nice when your purchasing If
they had a zero ID choose it they cracked my one carrot stone denied it..then they decided that a lesser quality diamond set in crooked was what I get in replacement...my diamond was no eye visible flaws and white ..they gave me a yellow diamond odd shaped with a very visible flaw plus set it in horribly with very crooked prongs....they refuse after many complaints to replace it with the same quality diamond...this is totally unacceptable I'm gonna petition them everyday and bring some people with me that are aware of this situation..you'd think with the money they make they could stand up to their sneakyness...plus they kept my original diamong

I had an amazing experience at Poag’s Jewelers! I took in my mom’s wedding rings, her diamond heart pendant (an anniversary gift) and my promise ring to make a custom ring to fit with my existing wedding rings. I am over the moon with the quality and beauty of this ring. I worked with Denise who took my ideas and effortlessly mocked up a concept for the jewelry maker. The diamond in the promise ring was an off size, so they embedded it into my engagement ring. The symbolism and meaning of the heart, and joining the gold from both my own and my mom’s ring means more to me than words could express. Every time I look at it, see how it tucks in so perfectly, my own heart fills with love. I didn’t know how important having this ring made was until I started the process and I am so thankful that I chose Poag’s to be a part of the process.
