Great selection of consignment maternity clothes! Everything from nursing bras, shirts, dresses and sweaters to maternity pants, shorts and skirts. So happy to have found this cute shop. Will definitely return for my next pregnancy!

Best kids consignment store in the Comox Valley. They sell new and used, great spot to find some super deals. My wife and I stop by every month. They have a kids play area with lots of toys that allow you to shop,(basically), kid free. Some of our kids best toys have come from this local store

We have been shopping here since our first kid was born almost 5yrs ago. Great selection of new and used items, lots of brands we like. Good pricing for used, excellent selection of both used and new. New items are mostly on par with the manufacturer pricing, although some items are randomly double the normal manufacturer prices. Whatever, we like to support local and customer service is everything to us. We will gladly pay more for good customer service and to support local.

Last time we were in was before covid hit. Got to meet the owner, which was nice. We bought some new and used things for our big kid and baby to be. Total came to $60.16. We only had $20 bills on us. Asked the owner if there was any chance she would be willing to just make it $60 even so we didn't need to go to our vehicle to get a $20 bill and break it for for 16 cents. She said no. She wasn't rude or anything about it, she was super nice. But just said that she wouldn't do it. We thought it was kind of weird and were honestly shocked, but okay. It's not like it's something she had to do. And being the store owner, it's obviously up to her. She's owed the 16 cents and that's her call on if she would deduct it. We just found it rather poor customer service. I mean, it's 16 cents lol. That's not even the tax on our purchases.

We haven't been back since because of this and probably won't go back to be honest.

Extremely disappointed. I went to that store because I like the fact that they sell reused stuff. I purchased one of those play mate / gym for infant. Went home, opened it, and then realized it was missing most of the hanging toys... only one left. The only purpose of that thing is those toys. I Also noticed puke all over the mate. Went back literally 5min later to be reimbursed or to receive a credit. But was told that store policy was final sale on consignment..!?!? I should have open the thing in the store to check if something was missing, what the f...! Are they not supposed to do it themselves And make sure it is clean. I don’t feel like Covid sanitary measures are respected in this store. I would advise everyone to avoid this place at all cost, this is not safe, and they don’t respect their customers. If you want to buy reused stuff, honestly Facebook Marketplace is the way to go...

It wasn't till recently that I've heard of Podlings. My mother in law shops here for my two kids. Since has brought me here to browse myself, I also really enjoy the shop. The prices are great, and the selection is great.

Clean, nice, recirculated kids clothes, toys, and baby care accessories on one side and new, eco-friendly, local, some handmade, products on the other. Whichever side you buy from, you are reducing your carbon footprint and supporting your community. Staff are friendly, prices are good.

Good source for all things baby at good prices - playpen, strollers, changepads, nursing pillows and carriers, cloth diapers, clothing for babies, pregnant or breastfeeding moms... lots of treasures move through there.
