I visited this Ralph Lauren location on July, 24th 2024 and was extremely disappointed by the staff's behavior. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the shopping experience unpleasant. It seemed like all the employees were high school students who didn't care about their jobs. Not one pleasant associate. Looking at m the reviews this is a regularly occurring situation. Management needs to reevaluate how they train and hire staff. Iwon't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service.

The sales associates at this location are incredibly friendly. They make you feel like part of their family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Shopping with Eva is always a delight; she's exceptionally sweet, attentive, and honest. Extremely obliging, helpful and friendly staff make this branch a pleasure to visit. Stock levels of sizes can be a bit hit and miss which is a shame but some excellent value to be had if you take your time to look around.

What a shame.
I visited this store on Sunday, 26th November and the entire store was on black Friday deal which is 40% off!
I wanted to buy polo bear hoodie and then I realized they remove the first original price tag,attach at the bottom of original tag and increase it to 218CAD but they greedy soul was not happy and decide to increase the price again to 248 CAD! And then give you generous 40% discount. both tags were on the product and clear to see. I’m a person who was fan of Polo brand and I have almost everything from this brand in my closet, but not anymore.

I am only in Canada for a week, however I have visited the Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet three times already! The service is at a very high standard with helpful staff around the shop. Staff are also very welcoming and smiley. Prices vary depending on the clothing item, however you can get 15% off the total just by signing up! Thank you to the lovely cashier Alessia for making my day

I was there last week and go to fitting room to try on a jacket I don’t know why the person who works there knocks on the door and push me to go out couple of time
It makes me feel so bad and I just come out without buy anything

I came in today around 4pm. The greeter, this short girl just standing on her phone and has no service. She's doing her own thing. Unbelievable. She gets paid to be on her phone ?. Wow ?.
I wonder who the manager at this location is. Because Because I went to the Polo Adult shop by the food court they were so professional. The manager attempted this location should go see how that Polo Shop is run. They greet their customers and the entrance with a smile. I'm never coming to the Polo Children shop again. I hope you guys get better employees.
