I have been a very regular chronic customer of a wonderful woman named Kim who is the manager or a manager. She’s very knowledgeable about all the product I’ve ever asked about. I love the stores huge variety and selection. Theres a few fabulous local budtenders and Kim is 100% on that list! Not to mention how patient that lady is! I’ve never felt rushed out. Love that 💚 I’ll always be back and it’s a treat when she is there! 👌

DO NOT COME HERE EVER. the service provided was inadequate and I was borderline harrassed I was visiting family for 2 days and I had gone to this weed store 3 days ago i had gone in and got 5 joints and when it was checkout time I had gave them my name for the account but when they pulled up my acc my previous nickname I had my account under was showing so for example my name is Sarah I had said my account name is Sarah and they were able to pull it up under Sarah but when it pulled it up my old nickname on the account taco for example was shown the employee who was checking me out she's an older white lady with gray hair and she immediately started questioning me and asking me why that is and I told her simply that's my old name on the account I had changed it to Sarah my actual name she didn't understand that and kept questioning me on why I had so many points to give u an idea I have over 20k points that's 25% off each time I use it she kept questioning why I had so many points but I think it's obvious I'm a chronic smoker duh there was a line of about 4 groups of people behind me so I paid payment went though same with the discounted points and I left and the next day I went back to the same weed store because I was on my way home and when i walked into the store not even a few seconds she immediately starts doing the same thing acting confused about my account and why a different name pops up instead of my actual name even tho it's a problem on their end not mine now mind you I'm a very timid girl I can't handle stress well and so basically this women starts implying that I'm stealing someone else's account she gets in my face about a 30cm ruler away from me she starts scrunching her eyebrows and she has a real angry confused expression on her face and she starts asking me what my legal name is and for my id now I gave her my id no problem she asked me who taco was and who Sarah was and I once again explained it is me all of it it's me and she wouldn't take that for an answer she started saying "oh u were in here yesterday and now ur in here now buying more weed and now u have 8000 more points added into your account what are you tryna do here" and at this point she had looked at my id countless times asked me what my name was atleast 5 times over and over again because she didn't believe me simply put she thought I was lying about who I am to the point where I had tried to grab my id because I was ready to checkout and leave because I'm not gonna put up with being harrassed and when u go to the weed store it's quick in and out but no she forced me to stay there for over 10 minutes and gripped onto my id so I couldn't grab it back and idk about laws and things but if you work at a weed store you shouldn't be refusing to give back someone's I'd after 10 MINUTES of looking at it and asking the same question about who am I over and over again it was genuinely thee worst because immediately after that she starts saying how she needs to make me a completely new account and wipe out my points I denied that I am innocent and was being interrogated like I was some Mafia boss of weed points I use my discounts everytime and I use the sparks program whenever I can and I've never had this problem ever so if you go to this weed store don't just dont your better off getting your weed from a store that will be kind respectful and overall professional because not only are you getting bad customer service you'll get borderline harrassed like I said I'm a timid girl I have a really hard time speaking up for myself so having this employee accuse me get in my face refuse to give my id back after looking at for 10 min and even laugh at me and act snarky when I was stuttering to give an answer because I was confused was just a shitty experience I hope management looks into their employees because this is completely unacceptable there's no other way to put it then I was borderline harrassed and I know that because there was another employee who was calm collected and helped and this lady was acting like a crackhead pacing outside angry

Absolutely love this dispensary! My go to place. Not only do they always have a great selection but the staff is phenomenal! Big shout out to Megan for always greeting me by name and always giving me the best advice on what to get! Makes the experience that much better! Highly recommend buying from here!

Both me, my fiancé and our doggo love this store, they are always happy to answer all of my questions and everyone has been super knowledgeable about the products they carry. Big shout out to Kim the manager for consistently making sure I leave the store with a smile on my face!!
