I usually don't have bad experiences here until today. The workers are useless in terms of any kind of customer service. I put $6 into the wash in Bay one. I went to use the brush and no soap was coming out of it. No big deal I was watching the guy next to me use his and it was working. I went to ask the worker if he could swipe his employee card and get me a new wash at the bay beside. He said no I said well what can you do for me. All he said is I'll get the owner to give you a call. I'll see if that actually happens but it probably won't considering who runs the business. Very unprofessional.

A very good experience I had today, it was my first time there, I was too curious asked alot of questions to the staff, but they happily solved every doubt of mine, must say they are well trained. Got my car washed, good value for money.
Overall it was really good. Will surely recommend.

Time for a real review. Does the new car wash do a good job? Yes, I did the premium $20 wash and it was good. This is not the best price car wash in town. In fact, they are more than double the price of the one that was at this address previously. The previous automated wash used to start at $7 and ranged to a high of $12, now under the new ownership the basic one starts at $14 then $16 and goes to $20. Is there much difference between the previous $12 premium wash and the current $20 premium wash? No. Plus, the new owners won't honour any money on your card from prior owner to get your business, so if you had $20 - $100 still on your card, the new owners don't care about that enough to earn your business for their more expensive wash.
